The Peak Condition Project - Meg: Day 31 to 37: The Ups & The Downs

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-meg.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-31-to-37-ups-downs.html

Thursday, July 7, 2011. Day 31 to 37: The Ups and The Downs. Visited Hong Kong to see Marcus on the weekend! Met up with some of the team mighty mouse crew (so.is this our official team name then? From the right: Me, justin, terri, fergie, marcus. Was great meeting you all. hope to see the rest of you guys in the near future too! Figured out what some of the workouts are actually supposed to look like. Floor jumps are not cute, little and piddly- they're long and high and make you want to kill your self.

Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Day 56: mood shift/pic/assessment. OK… getting back to my semi-abandoned blog…. Have manage to hush up the little voices these days that had been predominating me especially week 5-6. Ie/ 'how can something so painful possibly be good for me? I'm supposed to be listening to my body.but what if its crying and telling me its need rest for 3 consecutive days? Took a mental shift to. No pain no gain'. The Peak Condition Project - Meg: Day 46 : The week's summary

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-meg.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-46-weekly-summary.html

Sunday, July 17, 2011. Day 46 : The week's summary. Had a super intense week at work.…. Wednesday was a particularly bad day and I went on a bit of a fruit binge. On hindsight and thinking about the bigger picture I actually think it’s sort of cute, considering the nasty food groups I would’ve turned to pre-PCP life. but at the time I felt SO guilty…. Never again! Amidst work chaos missed one too many egg whites in the morning. 8230;maybe I should check. 8230;……sigh. 8211;I’m sure no one had any is...

Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Day 29- Picture.avec critical self assessment. Kill off the little hump in the middle. Hmm interesting, my rib cage is smaller than I thought it was. Lose this softy area inside. I hope I dont build more muscle here! Definitely smaller.but never mind. At the end of the day its only body fat (.you don’t mind do you marcus? Was wearing these shorts for my banner pic -they actually feel a bit loose. That’s rather nice:-). This must mean I'm evolving in to a true PCPer! There’...

The Peak Condition Project - Brent: Day 88 - indulgence last night but back to back sessions this morning

http://thepeakconditionproject-brent.blogspot.com/2011/08/day-88-indulgence-last-night-but-back.html

Saturday, August 27, 2011. Day 88 - indulgence last night but back to back sessions this morning. I must confess. I had a few drinks at the end of work yesterday. It was a long week. It's been difficult fighting off temptation this week, being so close to the finish line. Had a few small indulgences over the course of the week. Felt guilty a bit after . But. And Despite these. I've stuck to the training and haven't seen any change in weight this week. Just a little more to the finish line. Simple templat...

The Peak Condition Project - Marcus: Day 75...Yes, it is time for our questions

http://thepeakconditionproject-marcus.blogspot.com/2011/08/day-75yes-it-is-time-for-our-questions.html

Sunday, August 14, 2011. Day 75.Yes, it is time for our questions. Well that in itself is amazing. But now we are planning to enter into the real world in another 15 days and my head is spinning with all of the questions I have to ask. so ask I will. Time to hit the question thread but I will outline it here first. Start with our PCP Diet. I still do not really understand Chen's magic. What was the secret formula? Why do we need to know? Because.of the temptation. Crackers-is there fat free crackers?

The Peak Condition Project - Terri: Day 51 - Happy Birthday to me!

http://thepeakconditionproject-terri.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-51-happy-birthday-to-me.html

Monday, July 25, 2011. Day 51 - Happy Birthday to me! I didn't feel the excitement of my birthday week this year as dinners are dictated by an apple, an egg white and a glass of milk EVERYDAY! Well I am not complaining but how excited can you get when there are no more countdown dinner binges leading up to your birthday? We had extra veg, no dessert, just coffee. Overall, a great time with my great partner overlooking a great view of HK. What a picturesque city! My stomach has shrunk! Day 55 - Sore galore.

The Peak Condition Project - Mini: Final Post

http://thepeakconditionproject-mini.blogspot.com/2011/08/final-post.html

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. It took me a while to write this post. I had so much to write, and mind was full of thoughts and was feeling nostalgic about my last 90 days. I am entering to new phase of living with all good habits and determination to stay healthy forever and not to look back. This is it, end of great 90 days journey which I never thought I could have finished. But yes here I am, new transformed me, filled up with great knowledge that I acquired from Patrick Reynolds and Chen Zhongtao. My Fel...

http://thepeakconditionproject-fergie.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-50-eggs-galore.html

Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Day 50 - eggs galore. Since my derailment on Day 40, I have been very vigilant on what I consume and am happy to report that I got back on track on the diet front immediately. However, we have been eating egg whites for so long I am getting a bit tired of them (this is coming from someone whose favourite food is eggs! Terri and I go though 6 eggs a day because of this diet. Well, the jury is still out on this one! July 20, 2011 at 12:37 AM. I do 8MA right before bed too. The Peak ...

Monday, August 29, 2011. Day 90. JEANS! We are winding this baby down. I am sure that everyone is writing about how happy they are to finish. not me. I am writing to say how happy I am that I have saved my jeans! I found someone that can take my collection in, resize and give them back! That is great news! Mighty mouse kicked ass! Sunday, August 28, 2011. Day 89. Time to change the wardrobe. So the final tally for me as we go into the last day.and according to 3 IN BODY machines;. One day to go! Wow what...

WellSo, this is it.New and transformed me waiting the other side in 3 months. Wow, this is amazing but tough at the same side. Thanks Patrick for leading us to have healthy body with healthy mind. Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Day XX - the end is in sight! I have been bad, not blogging for almost an entire month as I had been away a couple of times, and when I am around, things at work just became a bit too busy. Luckily, I have been staying on track (most days) with regards to the diet and exercises. These past few months have flown by, and I have found myself really enjoying not only the skipping and some of the exercises, but funnily enough, also the diet! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, 29 August 2011. Day 90 – “Dear Athletes”. As some of you may know, my inspirational figure for PCP was “Triathlon Guy” … And I am pleased to announce that it is official . I AM a TRIATHLETE! Last week I enrolled in the HKFC Triathlon Club and today I received my first email from the Club Capitan and it was addressed to ME as. 8230;“Dear Athlete(s)”… My inspiration is now a reality … I am an ATHLETE and that happened without me taking a single step onto the Triathlon course. Sounds a bit like life?

Monday, May 30, 2011. Well, everything I wanted to say on my final blog I've already said over the course of the last 90 days - the ups, the downs and the un-mentionables. Only thing that remains to be said is a BIG thank you to all for your enthusiasm and encouragement. Patrick, your no-nonsense, common sense approach has been great and things came together nicely at the end like you said they would all along - well played! Also a special mention to 'super-sets can be fun! All the best, M. Getting up ea...

And now as tears subside,. I find it all so amusing. We did it everyone! Monday, August 31, 2009. As Patrick says, 'Peak' Condition indeed! Thursday, August 27, 2009. No numbers, no numbers, no numbers. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. One of the 'unfortunate' consequences of my PCP? Finding pants that are a good fit! When the waist is perfect, the thighs are too fitted and when the thighs are perfect, the waist is too big! Laughs* Ah well, it could be worse :P. Well the god of bell curves must have smiled upon me, because I received a 70! Tuesday, August 25, 2009. So I won't have...

Blogging it out: Thank you PCP. So it's the end of the PCP (its been over for a month actually) and its finally time to do my last blog. Over the course of the project:. I lost 10 Kgs. This is the best part and just excellent. I feel good, I look better and everybody says so. I'm still in control of the diet. I've learnt to eat and appreciate real food. This isn't changing. I learnt a lot about exercise, general health etc. I've remembered that I actually enjoy exercise. Then hit the gym at the hotel.

Thursday, November 5, 2009. It's Been Real, It's Been Fun . But It Ain't Been Real Fun! My apologies: didn't mean to leave everyone hanging I've just been uh a little preoccupied and distracted. But I wanted to give my wrap-up on the PCP. In the simplest terms, I got to know myself better. My triggers in terms of what makes me sing and feel triumphant (checking off my little PCP to do list, really enjoying my meal) and what can derail me (the blues, routine interruption, feeling famished). Saturday, April 17, 2010. Day 93 - The Good, the bad, and the hungry. It's been 3 days since my Peak journey concluded, and I've been trying to wrap my head around it all. What a crazy trip this has been. I think the best way for me to summarize the past 90 days is by simply breaking it down. I figure I want to end on a positive note so I'll start with. In the end I came to love yogurt! I go through about a 1/2 gallon of skim milk a day. I absolutely love, love, love milk! I have seen the light. Not only...

Monday, November 9, 2009. Thing is, isn't like every treat in aisle 5 the same thing? Some fat, some sugar, some flavor. Why do people get grossed out at berries covered in crisco but chow down a Little Debbie cupcake? I say good luck to everyone else, this was fun, keep at it and enjoy life. Patrick, sorry about the delay, last week was.eventful. Wednesday, October 28, 2009. It's a hardboiled egg, a green onion and some ham, all chopped up together. What? How is that to go? Is this really my day 89 post?
