The Peak Condition Project - Mark

Monday, May 30, 2011. Well, everything I wanted to say on my final blog I've already said over the course of the last 90 days - the ups, the downs and the un-mentionables. Only thing that remains to be said is a BIG thank you to all for your enthusiasm and encouragement. Patrick, your no-nonsense, common sense approach has been great and things came together nicely at the end like you said they would all along - well played! Also a special mention to 'super-sets can be fun! All the best, M. Getting up ea...

Sunday, May 22, 2011. It's raining hard in HK limiting outdoor activity only to the truly hardcore (I'm not one of them) so I hit the gym for today's PCP, followed up by some yoga and fast-paced veggie chopping. Hard to believe that this time next week will be final blog time.have an excellent final week all day 80ers out there! May 22, 2011 at 5:19 AM. This time next week! The Peak Condition Project - Mark: Stop counting

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-mark.blogspot.com/2011/05/stop-counting.html

Saturday, May 14, 2011. Why is that even when doing 8 min abs I'm still counting the reps? Think it's thoroughly ingrained now. Is it just me? Just back from yoga and it seems it was a little to early to test the hamstring, which is now feeling rather tight. Oh well, live and learn. May 14, 2011 at 3:29 PM. The sooner you can stop counting the sweeter your burn will be. May 16, 2011 at 10:19 AM. I count too. No clue why. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What IS The Peak Condition Project?

The peak condition project Billy: day 37

http://thepeakconditionproject-billy.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-37.html

Wednesday, 6 April 2011. Swapped the skipping for a 5k run on the treadmill today, pushed it hard and was dripping with sweat at the end and had a nice swim to cool down. More pistol squats tonight, they look easy on the picture but mine are very wobbly, I imagine by the end of pcp we will be doing them like dancing cossacks but for now the support is getting some heavy leaning on! 6 April 2011 at 05:27. 6 April 2011 at 08:14. The Peak Condition Project - Ricky: Day 88 - Two Roads

http://thepeakconditionproject-ricky.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-88-two-roads.html

Thursday, May 26, 2011. Day 88 - Two Roads. Today is a new day and it's a beautiful one at that. I slept for 8hrs last night. I also ate an egg tart . Something i wanted to write about, but Robert Frost say's it so much better . TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,. And sorry I could not travel both. And be one traveler, long I stood. And looked down one as far as I could. To where it bent in the undergrowth;. Then took the other, as just as fair,. And having perhaps the better claim,. Robert Frost, from...

The Peak Condition Project - Ricky: Day 71: Saturation....

http://thepeakconditionproject-ricky.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-71-saturation.html

Monday, May 9, 2011. Now we all have those things that we love to hate, those things that we dread, we think about, we don't wanna think about, we think about and we build up the awful nature of what it actually is, a hindrance to our overall calm state of mind. I think you all know what I'm talking about. Legs and Shoulder sessions! Seriously, it must be big, or just gets over heated easily - 'Saturation' would be an understatement! I'm off to the beach. Saturday, May 7, 2011. Day 68 : Love your body. So we are in the last quarter of PCP, and i'm finally beginning to see some real results! Took some photos this morning and was pleased to see a little bit of definition in my abs - nothing like 6 pack or anything but at least 2 is starting to show thru. I'm one step closer to looking like my inspiration figure Adriana Lima! More reason to LOVE 8min abs ;-) It's great to do something fun and rewarding at the same time. Will post those pics up shortly. PCP h...

Monday, April 11, 2011. Day 42: 1h sleep.never felt better! Last night I couldn't fall asleep until 6am.too bad my alarm was set at 7 and only had an hour sleep. I could already see myself falling asleep in front of the computer. Strange enough, I had never been in better shape! I did 1200 jumps in a row for the first time since I started PCP.without even tripping on the rope, I was very impressed with myself! So better go to bed now. April 11, 2011 at 1:37 PM. http://thepeakconditionproject-phil.blogspot.com/2011/04/im-back.html

Thursday, 14 April 2011. And just in time for day 45 - the half way mark. First day of going full out on all the exercises following a crazy bout of the flu - and four days of inactivity. I'm thinking it was similar to a mini-vacation and now its fifth gear for the second half. So here are some of the cool things I have noticed after 45 days of a great diet and exercise. 1 My belt is three holes in from when I started. 2 I can get through my 75 minute tennis lesson without gasping for air at the end.

The Peak Condition Project - Camilo: March 2011

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Another week has passed and everyday comments on how thin or how well I look are heard more often. Indulgence has taken place since during the weekend I wasn’t feeling well and now my girlfriend is with the flu, I’ll wait so that we can have a nice night out to a restaurant; really looking forward to it. At school I just started ob-gyn clerkship and don’t know yet if I like it yet. There is a tough thing about this one because I have an on-call night every week so I rea...I was c...

The Peak Condition Project Matt: The scales say I've lost 8.2 KGs

http://thepeakconditionproject-mattm.blogspot.com/2011/04/scales-say-ive-lost-82-kgs.html

The scales say I've lost 8.2 KGs. Which is awesome - very happy with that. I need to find some time to go through my cupboards to find old clothes. Bad news is I just pulled a 21 hour shift at work, no skipping today. But I got the job done. Back on the horse tomorrow. I'm looking forward to what the new diet has in store. And catch up on sleeeeeeeeeep. April 11, 2011 at 4:47 PM. Great effort on the weightloss dude, but I really think you should make more of an effort at the office. Matt this is great!

Tuesday, December 9, 2008. We had a lovely dinner at D’epice yesterday evening. Thank you! Although Patrick was rather surprised with our “healthier” choice of venue it was a perfect ending and a new start – although I must confess I probably had a glass too many! Thank you Jodi for taking the kiddos and of course your support throughout! Will try and update my new life post pcp but at the moment, I am happy to have completed the program. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Woke up at 4:00. Update last weeks blog. Then picked up day 5 exercise and did it quickly. Took some day 90 photos. Today's weight was 56.6 kg. Lost 8 kg, from 65 kg to 57 kg. It is funny to see the change in the comparison photo. Maybe not so surprising but according to the result of the blood test I got a lot healthier than before. As far as I remember this was the first time I got the normal numbers for the liver functions test. Monday, August 29, 2011. Woke up at 6:00....

Thursday, July 1, 2010. So i have not updated for a while (as usual). I have been completly stressed out with new job, school and moving, so my ability to do pcp has been dwindeling. At the moment im also without internet. As of said before , im very happy with the results I have seen so far, and I know they would have been even more if I had been able to stick to it theese last weeks. So Im back on the plan today, just to finish and do the last two weeks. Sunday, June 20, 2010. It feels like a small week.

Thursday, March 25, 2010. Day 70: Jacked up. My shoulder is jacked up. That workout from day 63 was the final straw for it. It's been unworkable since then. I can do my cardio and my legs, but anything involving the arms is a no-go. It sucks, it pisses me off, but I pushed to keep up when I should've been taking it easier, and now I have to rest it for an extended period. (Swell.). I don't have anything else to add at this point- just frustrated. Upset. Sore. Thursday, March 18, 2010. I lose mine when we...

And now as tears subside,. I find it all so amusing. We did it everyone! One of the 'unfortunate' consequences of my PCP? Finding pants that are a good fit! When the waist is perfect, the thighs are too fitted and when the thighs are perfect, the waist is too big! Blogging it out: Thank you PCP. So it's the end of the PCP (its been over for a month actually) and its finally time to do my last blog. Over the course of the project:. I lost 10 Kgs. This is the best part and just excellent. I feel good, I look better and everybody says so. I'm still in control of the diet. I've learnt to eat and appreciate real food. This isn't changing. I learnt a lot about exercise, general health etc. I've remembered that I actually enjoy exercise. Then hit the gym at the hotel.
