At the moment im also without internet. After a week moving, guessing weights, substituting exercises and food, and a massive indulgence, I was afraid I'd done quite a lot of damage to my PCP. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Woke up at 4:00. Update last weeks blog. Then picked up day 5 exercise and did it quickly. Took some day 90 photos. Today's weight was 56.6 kg. Lost 8 kg, from 65 kg to 57 kg. It is funny to see the change in the comparison photo. Maybe not so surprising but according to the result of the blood test I got a lot healthier than before.
