A student in the culinary arts. Wine Studies entrance-fanciest entrance and classroom on campus. It was silly, actually completely absurd, of me to think I would have time to blog during my Wine Studies course. Who was I to think that would be possible or even a good idea? I must have lost my mind! Our first test was on Friday morning followed by information inundation about European grapes, climate, soils, wines, history, and laws. Our focus for the next two days is France and Italy. And, we miss you).
