Friday, June 4, 2010. We are currently living in Provo, Utah. We are renting a small basement apartment near BYU. We love it! Its a bit tight, but its been fun. Its nice because the people that own the house live in Payson, so the upstairs is empty. We have a backyard with a fire pit and a garden. We've recently planted cucumbers, pumpkins, and melons. Last night I was talking to my mom and she happened to mention a new recipe she was going to try. So she asked me if I wanted to try it and it sounded do-able so I did! Saute onions until they're carmelized and add garlic ( I did 3 cloves - so it was stronger). Add 1 cup of milk, 2 cups of cooked noodles, and cooked chicken - cut up. Tuesday, October 9, 2012. Yesterday, October 8th at 4:21 pm, we got word that Chaney Beth's court hearing went well and she passed. This basically means that she was cleared to be officially adopted by us! We are thankful that He has brought us on this journey and we can't wait to hold our precious daughter.
