Last night I was talking to my mom and she happened to mention a new recipe she was going to try. So she asked me if I wanted to try it and it sounded do-able so I did! Tuesday, February 22, 2011. So we're at the tale end of our winter now and it's been a doozy! We've had snow on the ground for almost 2 months straight. This year, all the snow hasn't really bothered me that much. I've decided to try and change my outlook on things out of my control. It's definitely still a "work-in-progress" but that's life in general. What's wrong with 2 feet of snow? Is anyone truly happy where they are or are we always wishing for something different? Monday, March 22, 2010. 3 cheers for Spring! I'm so glad warmer weather is on the way! It's mid-March and this past weekend it was in the 70's. The flowers are all starting to come up and all the tree's have buds on them. I LOVE this time of year! It's now pouring rain but that's okay because I know sunshine is ahead :). On the other hand we're (my husband and I) are going to have to find someone because we need some date nights and 3x a year is not enough! We finished Daniel and now we're onto Esther.

Randy and I attended, for the first time, The Memphis Quartet Show. Elvis even made a surprise visit.LOL! Randy and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary.
