It was like a Hallmark made for TV movie. It started on the 22nd, actually, when we were all unpacking groceries in the kitchen after a delightful (and delicious) trip to Costco, (the Center of the Universe, according to Jaynee. And now me, too! Bobby interrupts our hugs and says, "you guys are the cutest couple ever! So here we are. Engaged!

I'm excited and a bit nervous to train for this Ironman using Crossfit Edurance. 18 weeks aways starting tomorrow and still working on base training. I do plan on hiring a coach for extra guidance and especially expertise in running form with Valerie Hunt. I'll also heavily depend on my CF coach(s) and extended CF family for more training support. Sunday, June 22, 2008. Welcome back to reality. But I made it home without incident. Fortunately. It was slow going, and really uncomfortable, but I made it home. Wouldn't you know it stopped raining as soon as I got home? But the roads were really to wet to continue my ride. So instead, I made apple cinnamon spelt pancakes. Yummy! Here is what I tried. Italian Dressing Mix (Whole 30 compliant). 1 Tablespoon garlic salt. 1 Tablespoon onion powder. 2 Tablespoons dried oregano. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1 teaspoon dried parsley. 1/4 teaspoon celery salt.
