This Video inspired me today……. and I am sure glad because when I went for my group run this morning, this is what I saw. . . . And no group. . . . I needed some inspiration. . . . My friend Lisa would say it was a blizzard. . . . Ha Ha It felt good to lay down in the snow, make a snow angel and be done for the day. . . . Now ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! That is why I run - to feel like THIS!

Not bad I thought - I got up, took my thyroid pill, and laid back down, wondering if I could sleep for a few more minutes. Nope - I decided to check my mail, and have a shower. Just before stepping into the shower, I noticed the clock on the computer said 5 something. . . 5 something? So I got up at 4:30am? Ugh - what am I supposed to do about it now?

Sunday, June 22, 2008. Welcome back to reality. But I made it home without incident. Fortunately. It was slow going, and really uncomfortable, but I made it home. Wouldn't you know it stopped raining as soon as I got home? But the roads were really to wet to continue my ride. So instead, I made apple cinnamon spelt pancakes. Yummy! I was hoping for some to freeze, but alas the heathen hordes (DH, DS1 (7) and DS2 (5) attacked. They ate 40 pancakes. Yup. I said 40. It was impressive. Monday, June 16, 2008.
