Sunday, August 24, 2014. Jim and I picked up a couple of Fitbits right before our vacation to Hocking Hills and Mochian State Park. We knew that we would get a great deal of activity in that week as there are at least six different places within the state park area that we wanted to visit. We have been to Hocking Hills three. Hocking Hills State Park - Site 171. Old Man's Cave at Hocking Hills State Park. Just a glimpse of the stairs that are all throughout the park. Ash Cave at Hocking Hills State Park.

Monday, July 11, 2016. From Interlochen State Park. We made the journey seven miles down the road to attend the 2016 RPod Eastern Roundup (ERU) at Holiday Park Campground. In Traverse City, Michigan. The rally didn't officially start until Thursday but we went a day early. We've tried to attend a couple of RPod rallies before, but it just didn't work. Sunday, February 9, 2014. It's almost of the middle of February and we have five camping trips on the calendar. I'm counting down the days until I can get outside and enjoy the weather! In the meantime, my solution to combat the winter blues is to plan, plan, plan. I always need to have something to look forward to. Monday, September 1, 2014. Last weekend we took the Pod to meet some new friends! I belong to R-Pod Owners group on Facebook and a couple of other semi-local Podders decided to meet at Sterling State Park in Monroe, MI for the weekend. Four Pods in the Park - Photo Courtesy of Julie. I love making new friends along the way and enjoyed getting to know everyone. We shared travel stories, modification tips and gave lots of tours of the different Pods. We really hope to connect with everyone again.

A long, long bus ride to Guatemala. Our aim to climb a volcano at sunset in Nicaragua’s city of Leon was unsuccessful due to Nicola contracting tonsillitis and being quite ill for a few days. Why I Bike: A Manifesto. August 2, 2015. August 2, 2015. For the month of July, I biked 94.01 miles in 17 days. I also ran 9 times for 19.43 miles. Finally got my butt in gear to ride to work a couple of times this month. I hope to get more bike miles in to get ready for some upcoming rides in the fall. In any case, I’m enjoying the summer while it lasts. June 30, 2015. For the month of June, I biked 21.31 miles in 3 days. I also ran 8 times for 22.79 miles, which included the Pride 5K. June 13, 2015.
