Friday, April 3, 2015. Do You Understand His Understatement? In the story of Christ's crucifixion and resurrection, there are numerous parts that we focus on. That we discuss. That we study. Cromulent Thoughts: Awake and Alive

http://www.ramblingringle.blogspot.com/2012/03/awake-and-alive.html

Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. 8211; 1 Corinthians 15:18. I have stated numerous times over the last couple of months that I am “awake.”. A lot of people have asked me what that means, and I’ve never been overly pleased with my response. I have used the term “sleeping Christian” as well, but have been met with the following question: “But…you’re still a Christian, right? If only it were that easy. Verse 46: “Why are you sleeping? 8221; he asked them.

Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Homosexuality, Part 3. Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. 8211; 2 Timothy 2:22-26. The intention of the image was to show support for marriage equality laws. The opening ver...

Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Kids, Part 3: For Those on the Outside. For the past two weeks, I have shared the personal experiences of infertility Steph and I have gone through during the last 6-7 years. I have one more post to write from a personal level, but this week’s post is directed at you, Reader. Specifically, the fertile reader. The family member or friend of someone who is going through this unfortunate experience. Many of you want to know what to do or say…or. So…here you go. While I may use an exac...

Tuesday, January 24, 2012. And bring as many people with you as you can. Why are you here? Have you ever asked yourself that question? 8220;Why am I here tonight? Is it to hang out with friends? Get away from your parents? To grow in your spiritual walk with Christ? I know why I’m here. I am here to share a moment when God healed in an amazing way. What is a miracle? In the Bible, we see Jesus perform numerous miracles. Feats that are impossible for man to do, or even believe unless witnessed himself.

Views From The Observation Deck. Sunday, August 26, 2012. The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold. A couple Septembers ago Jodi and I took Joe and his family to one of our local apple orchards. The day was perfect. We enjoyed fresh donuts. Purchased some fresh apple cider and of course picked some apples. At one of the spots we stopped to pick apples was a couple high school guys that were directing traffic and letting people know which trees could be picked. And on his law h...

Which cannot be shaken but endures forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem,. Both now and forevermore. The scepter of the wicked will not remain. Over the land allotted to the righteous,. For then the righteous might use. Their hands to do evil. Do good to those who are good,. To those who are upright in heart. Will banish with the evildoers.

By now I'm sure everyone has heard about the end of the world on December 21 due to that day being the final day of the Mayan calendar. Personally, I always find these predictions comical at best. This won't be the first time in my lifetime that someone or some "prophecy" has predicted the end. and not in general terms. The date and time has been predicted. One thing I do know, based on Matt. 24: 36-39.

Friday, November 25, 2016. I can honestly say that I've never camped in November until this year. We were pleasantly surprised by the Michigan weather this fall and were able to squeeze out one last camping weekend. It was hard to find a campground open at this time of year, but luckily Sterling State Park in my hometown of Monroe, Michigan was still open for one more weekend. I cannot believe that another camping season has come to a close! Site 31 at Sterling State Park in Monroe, MI. Harrison Lake is ...

In fact, I really don't even enjoy going to the movies in the States now after my cinema experiences here. I cringe for a variety of reasons, namely anything that groups a population of people together just based on the color of their skin causes skepticism and I am cautious.
