Views From The Observation Deck. Friday, December 21, 2012. It's The End Of The World As We Know It. By now I'm sure everyone has heard about the end of the world on December 21 due to that day being the final day of the Mayan calendar. Personally, I always find these predictions comical at best. This won't be the first time in my lifetime that someone or some "prophecy" has predicted the end. and not in general terms. The date and time has been predicted. One thing I do know, based on Matt. 24: 36-39.
