Thursday, February 25, 2010. I'm proud to say that I did the 1500 rope jumps today! The weather is getting better so I could jump in my balcony and enjoy a soft breeze. After that I felt enough energy and wanted to do something more: the legendary 8 minutes abs from the video Patrick told us about. Friday, January 29, 2010. This arrived in the morning. I have been receiving organic vegetables, fruits and eggs for some months now. Today the man that kindly brings my baskets upstairs to the apartment said: It's REALLY heavy today. I almost replied: of course, now I am on the third week of PCP! But I can't speak German that early. And the extra egg whites for snack. oh, Patrick, I know you know what you're doing, but what are these little egg whites for? Is it an extra endurance trial? Sunday, April 4, 2010. Last Thursday I had my indulgence, and since then I've been recovering from it. I had a Schnitzel with fried potatoes, salad and wine. There was some mayonnaise, too. I wanted something crispy, salty, warm and a big glass of red wine. Monday, April 12, 2010. At this point my emotions are split. I do want to finish but I can already tell that I will miss the Project. Just wanted to report that the work out these days has been merciless. During the second set I feel I'm fried, at the brink of throwing the towel, but set number 3 gives me back hope and strength, sets 4 and 5 are tears and sweat. So I weighed in today- I know I'm not supposed to be checking my weight, but my scale has a bodyfat measurer in it (who knows how accurate, but it's the only one I've got), and you have to let it weigh you to get to the bodyfat percentage part. Friday, April 16, 2010. That went fast but slow. Hard but well, hard. I'm sad to say I didn't do this 100%. But I'm totally happy with my progress. I moved a household of four people and one dog during this process. As well, I have gone from having a 6 week old baby to a 4 month old baby. I've lost 26 pounds. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Day 61: I have no idea what time it is. So Daylight Savings Time began again this weekend, and it always throws me for a loop. When DST is in effect, my body loses all sense of what time it is. I know it's only an hour's difference from standard time, but I become so time-disoriented! Monday, March 29, 2010. Day 73, Still at it. Haven't been social mediaing re: PCP, but have continued eating and running. House is 80% unpacked. It's fun to have space. I have never been this busy in my life. I think I haven't come down with an illness because I'm eating so well. Normally two weeks of the activity I'm coming off of and I'd be in bed for a few days. My daughter had Cheetos from lunch and was "fake" feeding me and I bit into it. Cheetos were my favorite chip pre-PCP. Day 73, Still at it.

A part of me hopes that since my allergies are hitting me a full month early this year, they will also be over a month early. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Woke up at 4:00. Update last weeks blog. Then picked up day 5 exercise and did it quickly. Took some day 90 photos. Today's weight was 56.6 kg. Lost 8 kg, from 65 kg to 57 kg. It is funny to see the change in the comparison photo. Maybe not so surprising but according to the result of the blood test I got a lot healthier than before.
