The Peak Condition Project - Kristi: Easy Steaming, space saving ovens and French Toast - Cooking Tip

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-kristi.blogspot.com/2011/05/easy-steaming-space-saving-ovens-and.html

Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Easy Steaming, space saving ovens and French Toast - Cooking Tip. I have a very large kitchen; I am not trying to boast here. Just having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that some of you don’t have an oven! The reason I am sharing this is to tell you about my second oven (yes I have to have two… not sure how I could ever live without one! Totally PCP if done right. May 4, 2011 at 9:03 AM. I am buying an oven! May 4, 2011 at 9:12 AM. May 4, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Subscribe ...

The Peak Condition Project - Kristi: Day 88

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-kristi.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-88.html

Friday, May 27, 2011. Oh man, I am very excited for this long holiday weekend. I have so many plans! Tonight kicks off with a 7pm social at the Hub, a local networking place for artists and creative people. They are hosting a band called Break Fix, a dj and a drummer duo. They are fantastic and always have me jumping around. Following that is after hours at Ivory lounge more electronica and dancing. Tomorrow is a boaty boat day, ah sun and sea! The Peak Condition Project - Kristi: Day 87

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-kristi.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-87.html

Thursday, May 26, 2011. I think everyone is having the toughest week yet. I mean not even that we are into our super sets. Some people are sick, some are stressed at work, and some are working crazy hours. I know I am dealing with my own crazy demons. It is like Hell week! I am totally freaked out to do my sets tonight after reading all your blogs. Being almost a full day behind has a major downside. Like seeing how bad the workouts are. JUST DO IT GANG! May 26, 2011 at 2:09 PM. Ive got to wait until the...

The Peak Condition Project - Kristi: Day 72

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-kristi.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-72.html

Wednesday, May 11, 2011. So needless to say I need to step it up. I promised I would be solid for the last 30 days and I already haven’t accomplished that. The next 18 days need to be spot on. I want to get the most out of this. I really am hoping the last 3 pounds will be gone. That is one for every week left, a fair request. May 11, 2011 at 12:35 PM. Oh Kristi - - I wish I had the body I have now before having kids! May 11, 2011 at 3:28 PM. Funny how these PCP cycles come and go huh? It seems quite a f...

Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Day 30 - Sold! To the man with the gold jacket from Kowloon. Today has been the hardest day ever.not soi much couse I was tired or de motivated.but because I was meant to be out, with an amazing glass of white wine in one hand and the best buttered lobster tail int he the other.to celebrate the selling of my flat in Happy Valley for an eye watering amount of money.but all I had was a few miserable eggs and some fruit. One more day then it the week end! Tuesday, March 29, 2011.

Monday, May 30, 2011. Day 91 - New beginnings (but not for the next 3 days.). I'm still having a tough time letting it sink in. Are we really past the day 90 mark? Last week was a complete blur. Literally all the elements of the universe coverged to make what was probably THE most hectic week of my life and of course it had to be the last week of PCP - I guess somebody or something out there really wanted to test me. BUT I survived so if I can handle last week I can handle anything! Now for the encore?

Sunday, May 22, 2011. Day 83 - wtf? Only 1 week to go on the PCP? What the hell am I going to do without Patrick feeding me my weekly diet and exercise plan? Scary stuff.probably quite similar to how a convict feels just before being paroled. Sunday, May 15, 2011. DAY 76 - 2 weeks left. Only 2 weeks left everyone - stay strong and let's finish the PCP with a bang! Thursday, May 5, 2011. DAY 66 - Post-indulgence. Ready for the final push. Have to lose this damn visceral fat! The Peak Condition Project - Jose: Been Rubbish at Blogging

http://thepeakconditionproject-jose.blogspot.com/2011/05/been-rubbish-at-blogging.html

Thursday, 5 May 2011. Been Rubbish at Blogging. Sorry all about the lack of blogging. Writing this before I feel Patrick is about to rightfully tell me off. particularly as we move towards the latter part of the programme I am learning more and more things about paradoxically that big stranger to me: my body. It is funny but for something we live 24hrs a day with, how little time, respect and listening we pay to our bodies. And that is on top of the jumps and the PCP workout. 6 May 2011 at 09:09.

The Peak Condition Project - Tanya: Day 84 - The stranded skipper

http://thepeakconditionproject-tanyat.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-84-stranded-skipper.html

Monday, May 23, 2011. Day 84 - The stranded skipper. Our last PCP-lite day before the supersets start. I was planning to come straight home after work and do my skips in the park however, the weather had other plans and it started raining so I ended up at the gym instead. Unexpectedly here is part 2 of my gym observation - gyms are so bloody crowded! You have got to be kidding me. I pay x amount a month to not even be able to find a measly patch of floor on which to skip? I've become quite reliant on my ...

Monday, April 19, 2010. Well, that's it, it's over. What a time it was. A ton of hard work, a ton of learning, trials and tribulations as people got injured (Kelly), recovered (Kelly), struggled with the program and it's demands, celebrated breakthroughs and generally learned a lot about themselves. Cheers to you all for getting through this. Friday, April 9, 2010. Just about moved in. So moving back to Japan has been interesting. It's so great to be back but the move has been exhausting! Saturday, October 30, 2010. The End: An Interpretation. I've loved all the wrap-up posts that have gone before, but as I hit the end of my personal PCP and tried to think of what to say, the whole idea suddenly became absurd. Still processing what it's meant, what will happen going forward. But the end of these 90 days must be marked, and perhaps the act of trying to do a wrap up will produce something worthwhile. Workouts At Night: 3. Days Off Grams: 4, due to vacation. Clothing Sizes Dropped: 3. A piec...

2008,1st Aug to 29 th Oct. PCP was finished! 1st Aug - 29th Oct. Friday, April 16, 2010. There is so much to say about an experience so intense as this one of going through a PCP. I decided that a good way to write about the different aspects of this adventure would be as an "interview" with questions I have asked myself and questions my friends have asked me. Why did I sign up for PCP in the first place? What were my PCP goals? First, to go through a test. I needed some discipline to shake up my anarchic lifestyle. Which goals did I achieve? Wednesday, July 20, 2011. So this post is a week late. I hate to be this far behind. I had an incident that left me with a slight concission and a huge knot on my head and the rest of the week out of the office (unPCP related). Anyway, well on the road to recovery and started working out again on Monday. I am very thankful for all the support of my great group and friends that were past PCP and non PCP people and especially Patrick! Sunday, July 10, 2011. Monday, July 4, 2011.
